Stefan Jern - Chief Executive Officer
Stefan has more than 20 years experience from telecommunications, production and manufacturing industry. Stefan founded and managed Flexenclosure from being a division within Pharmadule Emtunga to a stand-alone company. Before joining Flexenclosure Stefan held several leading positions as General Manager and Senior Vice President in global enterprises such us Skanska and Pharmadule Emtunga. Stefan also holds a Bachelor of Science in Constructions Engineering from Katrineholm Institute of Technology.
 
Ann Louise Johansson - Vice President Business Development and Marketing
Ann Louise has more than 15 years of telecom experience within R&D, marketing and sales in both Sweden and Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining Flexenclosure, she was Head of HW Development at Sony Ericsson in Stockholm. Previously to that, she was Senior Account Manager at Nokia Siemens Network in Sydney. Ann Louise holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology.

Elsie Göransson - Chief Financial Officer
Elsie has more than 20 years experience from the banking, solicitor and financial markets as Controller and CFO positions. Elsie has also managing several merge and acquisitions and change management processes in both start-ups and multinational enterprises. Elsie holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Stockholm.

Tomas Rahkonen - Chief Technology Officer
Tomas has more than 15 years of experience from global positions in the wireless telecommunications industry. His previous experience includes positions at Ericsson group level CTO office, and as manager for cross-functional team at Sony Ericsson. Tomas has filed several patents and been a member of the Sony Ericsson patent board. Tomas holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Control Systems from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology. 
 
Christian Jonsson – General Manager Africa/ME
Christian has more than 15 years of experience from the IT and telecommunications industry in various positions such as Global Account Manager and other leading sales and product management positions at Lucent, Ericsson, Nortel and ZTE. Previously Christian was the Vice President Sales at Flexenclosure.

Marcus Karlsson - Vice President Products
Marcus has more than 15 years experience from the manufacturing industry in leading product management positions. Prior to Flexenclosure he was the Deputy Division Manager at Pharmadule Emtunga and managing global manufacturing and product roll-out projects.


Magnus Jerkfelt - Vice President Services
Magnus has more than 20 years experience from the telecommunications industry, ranging from cellular engineering, radio network engineering, design and optimization, technical management and procurement. Prior to joining Flexenclosure Magnus founded and managed Comsource Consulting today being absorbed to Flexenclosure Services. Magnus has also held leading positions in service organization based is Asia.


Pär Olsson - Vice President Purchasing
Pär has more than 20 years experience from the automotive industry, both from marketing, purchasing and logistical areas. During the last 10 years Pär has built up and managed different purchasing and logistical organizations, both at OEM and in the automotive supplier base. Previously he was Supply Chain Manager at International Automotive Components group (IAC) and also part of their management team. 

Ramona Juslin - Communications and Administration Manager
Ramona has more than 10 years experience from different leading positions within communications and administration. Ramona has international experience and cultural understanding being stationed abroad in Europe and Asia for several years. Previously she was Head of Administration at Pharmadule Emtunga.
